This hotel is situated in a very convenient location close to the city center. There are many restaurants, bars, and parks close by, including the beautiful Mukhtarov Mosque and the River Terek. the lobby and restaurant have been renovated and provide a welcoming space. the room has a retro charm with Soviet-era furniture, and the staff is very attentive. the WiFi is fast, and breakfast is good. the hotel also has a large and comfortable outdoor seating area.

The rooms are quite small and can feel cramped.

We loved the hotel's location right by the river and in the center of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations on transportation and places to visit. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean, and the rooms came with all the necessary amenities.

During my business trip, the hotel was conveniently located by the beautiful River Terek, which provide a peaceful atmosphere at night. the short walk to local restaurants and bars on Mira Prospekt made exploring the town much easier. the breakfast spread offered a good variety of food.

Deceptive room size, poor shower, no mini-bar.

The recently refurbished hotel had modern and stylish facilities, including a good spread of local fare breakfast served in a chic café/bar area. The location was key, as the hotel was just a few minutes walk from the main boulevard. The balcony in the room had an excellent view of the city, making it a perfect way to relax.

Although the room and bathroom were comfortable, it was smaller than expected with only one chair provided. Despite having a good view from the balcony, the shower in the room worked poorly with varying water temperatures that made it quite unpleasant.
